It is with pleasure and friendship that we welcome you to this very special organization’s website. The NCNW Macomb County Section of the National Council of Negro Women, Inc. (NCNW) is a local, voluntary, non-profit membership organization helping women to improve the quality of life for themselves, their families and the community. We fulfill this purpose in various activities: through research, advocacy, and national and community-based services. In addition, our Section is actively involved in programs related to issues of health, education, and economic empowerment in Macomb County Michigan. Our Section prides itself on hosting stellar activities, be they charitable or educational. However, this work cannot get done without the membership. Our work is reflected in the roles we play and responsibilities we hold in the larger community. NCNW Macomb County Section members are the driving force behind the organization’s community service events. So take a few moments and look at the information below, then reach out to the identified contact person. We look forward to you joining the NCNW Macomb County Section. A member of the Membership committee will contact you once your application is received. If you have been seeking opportunities to make a positive difference in your community, and fellowship with a helpful, supportive network of sisters, the Macomb County Section is the organization for you.
